Please note our refund policy varies between digital products and services.
We strongly recommend establishing eligibility before purchasing any of our services. Without knowing if you qualify, you may invest time and money in a package that may not be suitable for your situation. If you have never determined your eligibility, we suggest purchasing the 'essential package' first, which provides a comprehensive report detailing your eligibility.
Please note that with any refund, payment processing fees and any other cost already incurred, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Citizenship Services:
Essential: You may request a refund in writing within 96 hours of purchase. Please be aware that payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can not be issued once the report has been emailed to the provided email address.
Guided: this package is a combination of a service and a digital product. For the refund policy for digital products see the section 'digital products' below.
Complete: You may request a refund in writing within 14 days of purchase, or if we determine that you are not eligible for Italian citizenship, we will notify you and issue a refund. Please note that payment processing fees and the cost of the assessment (AUD 199) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Digital products:
Sales of all digital products are final. However, you may request a refund in the following circumstances:
You are unable to download the product or the product does not function as intended.
You can provide evidence of technical issues
Please note we will not issue a refund once the content has been accessed. We reserve the right to track downloads and access via DRM software.
