The concierge package is designed for applicants who are seeking to relocate to apply for Italian citizenship directly in Italy. This package goes beyond the citizenship application process and offers support with relocating to Italy for the purpose of applying for citizenship.

You'll receive expert guidance and support to help you navigate the logistics of relocating, including finding accommodation, understanding local regulations, and settling into your new surroundings.

Optional add-on: On-site assistance may be available for those who need additional support during the process. This can include support with paperwork, appointments, and other logistical tasks.

The Process:

• Purchase the package via our website ensuring you add your correct email address and phone number at checkout.

• You will receive a questionnaire to complete.

• Once you complete the questionnaire you will receive a contract and a list of documents required required from you and an invoice.

• We will also send you a calendar link to schedule a phone call with one of our experts at a time that works for you; during the call, we will discuss document requirements and answer any questions you have about the process. 

• After we receive the documentation required, we will immediately get to work to obtain all necessary legalisations and translations of your records and collate a document portfolio.

• During this time, we will liaise with local real estate agents and shortlist three to five rental properties for you, based on your preferences.

• We will send a complete document portfolio for you to lodge with the Italian municipality.

• On-site support is available in selected locations. This will be discussed during our phone consultation. 

Refund Policy:

You may request a refund in writing within 14 days of purchase. Please note payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend establishing eligibility before purchasing any package. Without knowing if you qualify, you may invest time and money in a package that may not be suitable for your situation. If you have never determined your eligibility, we suggest purchasing the 'essential package' first, which provides a comprehensive report detailing your eligibility. If you purchase our Concierge Package and, after the eligibility assessment, we determine that you are not eligible for Italian citizenship, we will issue a refund. However, please note that payment processing fees and the cost of the assessment (AUD 199) will be deducted from the refund amount.
